NCH Physician Group

Since early 2010, NCH Physician Group has grown its multispecialty practice to more than 237 board certified physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants.  As the largest physician group in Collier County with more than 35 locations and 20 different specialties, spanning from Marco Island to Estero, we are able to provide quality care close to your home. 

NCH Physician group is an integral part of the NCH Healthcare System as we strive to provide the highest quality of care to our community at the lowest cost with service that you can depend on.  Our electronic medical record system makes communication easier and better as we care for our patients across the NCH Healthcare System: from our five emergency rooms, to our hospitals to our imaging centers, to our outpatient rehab locations and all of our NCH Physician Group practices, your care is connected.

Primary Care
Whatever your healthcare needs may be, NCH Primary Care provides the best foundation to ensure your health and wellness goals can be obtained. With over 17 locations in Collier and southern Lee county, our primary care practices are close to where you live to easily establish your medical home. As you begin a relationship with one of our primary care providers, the team will ensure coordination of care across all elements of our healthcare environment. Our primary care physicians are often able to provide same day access for immediate needs. When you aren’t able to see your primary care provider or your illness/injury requires more than your primary care office is equipped to manage, we have three NCH Immediate Care centers to meet your urgent care needs.  We also have access to care for minor urgent care needs 24/7 from wherever you are in Florida through NCH Virtual Care.

Specialties
NCH Physician Group has a multitude of specialties available and we are continuing to add services based on the needs of the community.  For services not available locally we utilize our relationship with Mayo Clinic through the Mayo Clinic Care Network.  This allows our physicians the ability to access the most advanced sub-specialized medicine available for our patients here at home.

Graduate Medical Education
NCH Healthcare System became a teaching institution with the start of our residency program in 2017.  We are aligned with the Mayo School of Medicine and our teaching physicians have faculty appointments with Mayo Clinic.  NCH Physician group makes up the large majority of the faculty physicians for our Internal Medicine Residency Program.  In addition to the training and teaching taking place in the hospital, we have an outpatient continuity clinic for our residents to follow and care for patients with our faculty physicians.  As our faculty physicians teach the residents they are continuously learning which makes the residency program and NCH Healthcare System stronger, raising the bar for healthcare in Southwest Florida.
