This firm pressure massage utilizes Neuromuscular Therapy techniques concentration on one or more specific areas of tension or concern. The application of slower, deeper pressure is perfect for sports injuries and repetitive motion issues.

- To reschedule or cancel a service, a minimum notice of 24 hours from the service time is required. It is recommended to reschedule/cancel using the NCH Wellness app.
- If less than a 24-hour period is provided, or you fail to show for your service, you will be charged the full price of the service.
